This traversing structure has been designed to sit low to the ground and form a simple linear connection between the two opposite site walls. The two central sections span between three triangular supports, providing both stability and mass for the two end sections to cantilever from. The structure has been designed to be physically and visually lightweight. This is achieved by its truss design, the use of wire for tension elements, and the tapering of the two cantilevered sections.
